OUR RETURNS POLICY
At Hoofprints Innovations, we pride ourselves in sourcing the best products available and we hope to make you, our customers, happy!
We think you’ll love your new purchase! However, if for some valid reason you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept it within 28 days of delivery. You can request either a refund or an exchange. Sale items are not included – sorry.
Just follow these simple steps:
Return the unused product securely in its original packaging.
Complete the returns form on the reverse side of the delivery note and insert into the package.

Returns (for reasons other than a manufacturing defect) will be arranged using the original payment method and all postage or shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
In the unlikely circumstance that your product has arrived in a damaged or faulty state, please let us know the exact details. We will then arrange your return (refund or exchange) and we will refund all postage/shipping costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for the goods until they have been received at our warehouse in Wicklow – so we strongly recommend that you arrange a tracking number for the parcel. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned items.
Please also beware that we do our best to present colours in our product photography. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be a true representation and slight variations may occur.
